The draft payment can be approved by clicking the Confirm button.
By using the matching smart button in the window, you can view the Journal Entries associated with this payment. If the customer has paid, you can add this payment to any outstanding invoices for that particular customer by clicking the Payment Matching smart button.
In the Payment Matching tab, you can match payments. The Account Receivable 2 entries have been added.
An Auto Reconcile window will appear when you click the button. Using the Reconciliation field, select the Accounts with Zero Balances or Opposite Balances one by one. The Account and Partner are also mentioned. Click the Launch button to begin the reconciliation process.
