How to add users
GO to Setting ->Users & Companies -> Users
A user can do all the tasks on the Odoo platform. Admin users can able to create all the users under the same database. We can get the list of all the users from the setting under the user’s window, As displayed in the above screenshot. In this screenshot, the user can see the name, login, language and last authentication, etc.
Let’s create a new user ‘David’ in a new window for that using create button enter the mandatory details
e.g.: name login etc also user can upload the image in the right side corner box.
Within the access right we can manage user-related rights, and there are three types of users: internal user, portal user and public user. Portal and public members have specific access rights. How to deactivate a user
First, you select the user from the user panel and open that user and click on the action menu. Here we select the David user and action click on the Archive button, as depicted in the screenshot below.
On the Confirmation page that appears after selecting the Archive button, click on the OK button. So, At the corner of the user window, you will see an Archived line.
As shown below in the screenshot, select the David user, then click the Archive button.
