SYBYL was using Microsoft Dynamics to track its internal operations. They also wanted to streamline the projects, sales, and day-to-day activities which they are dealing with.
The level of customization which they require were very complex and those are not possible to execute in Microsoft Dynamics. Generating the management reports as per their need was also not possible.

Reason for Choosing Odoo ERP Software:

SYBYL was finding it difficult to accommodate their expectations or needs with Microsoft Dynamics. The complex customizations, Milestone-based invoicing feature, and complex management reports which they need were impossible to execute using Microsoft Dynamics, and then they came to Odoo.
Since Odoo is very flexible and accommodates all the customizations which SYBYL needed, they selected Odoo ERP. The SYBY’s IT team implemented Odoo version 13 with just the default features and after that Bassam Infotech came into the picture and migrated from version13 to 14 and did customizations in version 14. Now SYBYL is looking to implement Odoo in their other branches as well.
